Exit M5 at Junction 27

Follow signs for Willand (B3181).

On the B3181 take the third turning on the left immediately after the 'Globe' lamp post in the middle of the road, where a small blue cycle route sign points to Uffculme.

Continue down the lane until you see a yellow building, this is UPM Tilhill district office.

UPM Tilhill office parking is through the second set of wooden gates onto tarmac chippings.
