As an Assistant Forest Manager, based at Bala, North Wales, you will assist in the management of upland and lowland forests including supervision of forest operations, certification, forest plans - including Better Woodlands for Wales applications, felling, and restocking.
Applicants should have relevant academic qualifications, operational experience, commercial acumen and the ability to establish successful client relationships. You should be motivated with good organisation, communication and supervisory skills, be IT literate and the ability to apply high professional and silvicultural standards in a thriving commercially driven business.
